Goldensilver Collies is an information site, which teaches you about looking after your collie, training him or her, and making sure your pet becomes a life long friend who is a joy to be acquainted with.

Goldensilver Collies can direct you to rough/smooth collies breeders, but sadly does not breed collies. I made this helpful site after we bought our first collie. He is a sable merle, and his name is Louiey. He was registered as a sable and white collie, as you can barely see any difference in him. He has beautiful blue eyes, and is a great example to the collie family. After we brought Louiey into our family, I realized how much happiness a collie could bring to you, and decided to make a site dedicated to the breed, so that people like you may be encouraged to welcome one of these loving friends into your family.

In this site, you will get more background information about the collie, learn about methods of grooming which work specifically for the collie, ways of training which work for the intelligent minds of your furry friend, and find links to other helpful sites, and to breeders.
